This time we value the holiday of the capital by announcing the construction of a youth sports, recreation, and entertainment center in accordance with modern requirements.
We ordered the master plan of the capital weeks ago to give Stepanakert a unique architectural feature. Construction projects have been launched and are in progress, such as the overhaul of the roofs of apartment buildings, the thorough improvement of the city streets, the construction of new residential areas ... The list goes on and on. And all this is done with the aim of making the daily life of the city and its inhabitants, which heroically overcame many disasters, even better.
