To be responsible, to understand your mistakes, shortcomings, to correct them, because you are not alone, but with your Nation. Captain Ruben Sanamyan, who was recently awarded the title of National Hero of Armenia, spoke about these and other issues.

According to Sanamyan, after being awarded the title of National Hero, the responsibility multiplies, "because you represent the whole Nation".
"My only aspiration was to be patriot. Being recognized as a National Hero means that the whole nation appreciates you. I inspired my boys to sing during the evening fight, so that the enemy knows - we exist, we are not destroyed, we sing", says Sanamyan. He also says he want us to always be winners, "it's enough how many years we have lost".
Ruben Sanamyan is one of the unique servicemen who received the title of National Hero during his lifetime, for heroically defending the borders. However, his desire is one - peace.
