The RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan is on a working visit to the Russian Federation. Spokeswoman for the Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan stated this.
"The Defense Minister is present at the main stage of the "Caucasus 2020" Strategic Command - Staff Exercise being held today at the Kapustin Yar (Volgograd, RF) Military shooting range", Stepanyan said.
