The main stage of the "Caucasus 2020" multinational strategic command-staff exercise has ended at the "Kapustin Yar" military range in Russia. The RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan watched the exercises. The RA Ministry of Defense spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan wrote about this on her Facebook page.
"As a result of the counterattack, the units of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia dealt the main blow to the conventional enemy. Moving deeper, the units counterattacked, destroying the infiltrated enemy. Then, continuing the attack, they took a favorable line. Mi-28N helicopters and Su-25 fighter jets provided fire support to the ground forces.
