The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Chinese Ambassador to Armenia Tian Erlun, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country.
The PM thanked the Ambassador for actively promoting the development of Armenian-Chinese relations and noted that during his tenure the cooperation between the two countries in different directions was close and effective.
Pashinyan stressed that the Armenian government is interested in further expanding and strengthening cooperation with China. According to the Prime Minister, his discussions in Beijing last year with the President and Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China are a good basis for that.
Tian Erlun thanked the Prime Minister and the Armenian government for the cooperation, adding that the Chinese side is also interested in expanding political, economic and humanitarian ties with Armenia.
According to the ambassador, in recent years, trade between the two countries has increased, humanitarian ties have expanded. He expressed confidence that the great potential of bilateral cooperation will be realized in the coming years, which is based on the will of the governments of Armenia and China.
