At today's regular sitting, the Central Electoral Commission, based on the NA Speaker's protocol, according to which MP Arsen Julfalakyan's resignation is confirmed, made a decision to give the mandate to Narek Ghahramanyan, the next candidate of the first part of the "My Step" party bloc electoral list.
