"Today in Yerevan I met with the RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan in the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense". Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote about it on his Facebook page.
"During our conversation I emphasized that the Armenian army has a key role in maintaining stability and peace in the region, and in this context with the continuous and joint efforts, our military capabilities must be constantly expanded.
We discussed the issues of the security system of our united homeland", Harutyunyan also wrote.
