The Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili sent a congratulatory message to the RA President Armen Sarkissian on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day.
President Zurabishvili stressed that Georgia attaches great importance to the development of good-neighborly and mutually beneficial relations with a partner and friendly country, Armenia.
"I am confident that the excellent and active cooperation between our two governments will continue and develop for the benefit of our two peoples.
"The pandemic was a challenge for both our countries, but I am hopeful that through coordinated efforts we will be able to overcome this global crisis and be able to overcome further social and economic difficulties", the Georgian President said in a congratulatory message.
Salome Zurabishvili wished Armen Sargsyan good health and success, and the friendly people of Armenia peace and prosperity.
