Independence starts from the human soul, not from the border. The Minister of Defense David Tonoyan said this in a conversation with journalists in "Yerablur" military pantheon.
He wished the Armenian people strength and endurance to overcome all the trials that are predictable.
"We are strong, resilient and will only have victories, because our desire is fair", the minister said.
According to Tonoyan, the guarantor of independence is not only the army, the guarantor of independence is the Armenian people and the armed forces born of it.
