Considering the situation caused by the spread of coronavirus, also the health of everyone and measures against the spread of the epidemic, as well as the possible risks of inevitable human accumulations during tree planting, it was decided in April to postpone the implementation of the "10 million trees" All-Armenian tree planting program until the end of 2021.
"We are full of hope that the current situation will be regulated and we, nevertheless, in 2021, will fully implement the initiative by planting 10,000,000 trees", the RA Ministry of Environment reports.
