The World Bank's Human Capital Index (HCI)
study has been published.
Among 174 countries, Armenia slightly improved its score to 0.58 (in 2018 it was 0.57).
This means that a child born in Armenia today, when he | she grows up, will be 58% productive compared to what he | she could be in the case of complete education and full health.
Armenia's HCI is lower than the average Europe-Central Asia region's (0.69), but higher than the average for its income group.
