The Constitutional Court crisis is over, but this does not mean that an ideal Constitutional Court has been formed. The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during the Parliament - Government question-answer session, referring to the election of three candidates for a judge of the Constitutional Court.
"In every situation, there are groups, there are forces, political and non-political, that want to advance their agenda, their interests, to place their persons, their candidates and their stooges in certain places on behalf of the public. I think what happened in the National Assembly was important.
The Constitutional Court crisis is over. At least, it should be noted that something important happened. Does this mean that an ideal Constitutional Court has been formed? No, it does not mean, and the government made the decision on the candidates within the framework of its powers", Nikol Pashinyan stated in particular.
