The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia presented excerpts from the interview of the RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan to the Egyptian "Nile TV".
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan noted that the aggression unleashed on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border was a very serious challenge to the peace process and stability in the region.
"All the countries of the world have been very careful not to stimulate further escalation, and only Turkey has shown a very one-sided approach. We have witnessed elements of the Turkish military presence in Azerbaijan, we receive news about the recruitment of foreign terrorist militants and their relocation to our region. Therefore, we can not be indifferent to this policy of destabilization and aggression, which is not welcome.
Religious dialogue, mutual respect, the ability to live together, the dialogue of civilizations with Egypt are an important part of our bilateral agenda. Promoting tolerance, protection of minorities and religious dialogue, mutual respect are among our foreign policy priorities", Mnatsakanyan said.
