During the consultation held at the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today, the interim performance of the capital expenditure programs implemented through the 2020 budget, also through loans and grants, were discussed.
In particular, the new initiatives implemented in a number of directions this year were discussed at the consultation.
Within the framework of expenditure programs in the field of education, the Prime Minister proposed to study the possibilities of building a Modular kindergarten in some communities, citing the example of the kindergarten of Arevik community of Armavir region.
The Prime Minister instructed to make an inventory of the communities where the construction of a Modular kindergarten may be expedient, based on the needs and opportunities of the community.
Pashinyan also instructed to finalize the list of new educational and health capital initiatives and submit information on their progress.
"Capital expenditure means job creation, salary provision, that means profit-generating and receiving businesses. This, of course, contributes to the improvement of the socio-economic situation in the country, and in this regard, we must continue to implement quality and large-scale capital expenditure programs", he said.
