The RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan took part in the joint sitting of the heads of defense ministries of the CIS, Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and CSTO member states in Moscow. The RA Defense Ministry spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan wrote about it on her Facebook page.
She noted that during the sitting Davit Tonoyan made a brief speech on the prevention of the threat of provoking wars and armed conflicts, international and regional security as well as the consolidation of efforts aimed at further strengthening military cooperation in modern conditions.
