Within the 2020 state budget, the RA Ministry of Health has purchased 21 ambulances and their equipment, which will be donated to the medical centers of the regions of Armenia.
According to deputy Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan, the Ministry of Health considers the improvement of the material and technical base of the ambulance operating in the regions and ensuring its availability a priority.
So, 21 UAZ ambulances were purchased, with the necessary medical equipment. Avanesyan noted that 5 cars will be allocated to Tavush region, 3 to Syunik region, 2 to Aragatsotn region, and 1 car for each of the other regions.
