The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a post on his Facebook page, congratulating on the occasion of Artsakh Republic Day.
"On this day in 1991, Artsakh declared its independence from the Soviet Union.
Congratulations on this historic day - Free Artsakh", the Prime Minister wrote.
The Independent Republic of Artsakh turned 29 today.
