The RA President's Press Office informs that today Armen Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan.
The President Sargsyan once again congratulated President Harutyunyan and all the people of Artsakh on the 29th anniversary of Artsakh's declaration of independence, wished them peace, prosperity and unshakable faith in the future.
