During the press conference today, the RA Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan touched upon the Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar's statement that Turkey is a party to the Karabakh conflict.
The RA Foreign Ministry official said that after the July hostilities on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, it became clear once again that Turkey could not be a mediator in the Karabakh conflict.
"We have clearly stated our views on Turkey's position in the public sphere and in contacts with international partners. Turkey always openly expresses its position as a party. Armenia does not consider Turkey as a mediator", Anna Naghdalyan said.
