During these years, Artsakh has proved its ability to organize the social and political life of the country, to ensure the security of its population, as well as to undertake international commitments, especially for the promotion of democracy and human rights", The RA Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan told a news conference today.
According to Naghdalyan, the people of Artsakh have authorized their democratically elected authorities to represent their interests in the international arena and, first of all, in the peace process, to guarantee the comprehensiveness of the Artsakh security system, to ensure appropriate internal and external conditions for the country's normal development and prosperity.
"I would like to note that we have a very close cooperation with our partners in Artsakh, which is implemented between Armenia and Artsakh at different levels, and we are ready to take continuous steps to further develop that cooperation", Anna Naghdalyan emphasized, once again congratulating the colleagues of Artsakh on this important day.
