The
desecration of the statue of Komitas symbolizing the Armenian Genocide was touched upon by French MP Valerie Boyer.
"Shame on those who have shown indifference to the desecration of the statue of Komitas, who want to retell history, who do not pay attention to the deaths of thousands of Armenians", Boyer wrote.
