The RA President Armen Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the third President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on the occasion of his 60th birthday, wishing him good health and all the best, the presidential press service reported.
Armen Sargsyan's message, in particular, reads:
"The achievements and successes of Artsakh, without a doubt, are connected also with your name and the way you passed, your whole biography, which are a vivid example of loyalty and devotion to the people and the homeland.
During your tenure as President of the Artsakh Republic, you have made consistent efforts to strengthen the statehood of Artsakh, ensure security and implement socio-economic reforms. In the various state positions, public and national activities you have held, you have always stood out with your devotion to the homeland and high responsibility.
I am confident that your reputation, knowledge, rich experience gained during active work and state-political activity will continue to serve the development and progress of the Artsakh Republic".
