The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan made a post on his Facebook page, informing that today he received the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia David Tonoyan.
"With the participation of the Minister of Defense of the Artsakh Republic Jalal Harutyunyan we discussed a number of issues related to the development of the army and our unified security system," Harutyunyan wrote.
