"Attempts to change the negotiation format are unacceptable," the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry announced.
Sergey Lavrov also said that the co-chairs of the Minsk Group planned to visit the region in September, and organize a meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan through the mediation of the co-chairs.
