The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:00, on August 26, a total of 43,067 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 36726 have recovered and 861 are fatal. At present 5,216 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 198,569 tests were performed.
On August 26, 131 new positive cases have been registered, 251 have recovered, 3 deaths (woman 58, men 63 and 79). All of them had side chronical diseases.
4 deaths were reported the previous day when the patient was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 264.
