The RA President Armen Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the occasion of the country's National Day - Independence Day, the presidential press service reported.
"I am confident that with joint efforts we will be able to expand the agenda of Armenian-Ukrainian relations and mutually beneficial cooperation", Armen Sargsyan's message reads.
