The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:00, on August 22, a total of 42,616 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 35,907 have recovered and 850 are fatal. At present 5,605 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 193,693 tests were performed.
On August 22, 139 new positive cases have been registered, 214 have recovered, 8 deaths (men 87, 92, 62 women 62, 64, 59, 90, 60). 7 of them had side chronical diseases.
1 deaths were reported the previous day when the patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 254.
