The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:00, on August 19, a total of 42,056 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 35,226 have recovered and 833 are fatal. At present 5,748 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 188,567 tests were performed.
On August 19, 210 new positive cases have been registered, 244 have recovered, 1 death (woman 70). She had side chronical diseases.
4 deaths were reported the previous day when the patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 249.
