The Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan posted on his Facebook page that he had convened a working meeting with the participation of Defense Minister Jalal Harutyunyan and representatives of construction companies operating in Artsakh.
According to Harutyunyan, issues related to the construction of bomb shelters in the country within the framework of the civil defense program were discussed, as well as issues related to the active involvement of these companies in the construction works for the needs of the Defense Army.
"Having a strong state requires, first of all, ensuring a reliable defense system", the Artsakh President wrote.
