Summing up the results of his visit around Lake Sevan, the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned live on Facebook that today's visit was impressive. The Prime Minister stressed that in 2018 a strategic plan was adopted that the roads around Lake Sevan should be of a high standard and all shores should be equally accessible.
Pashinyan stressed - he can say that in practice we have reached the final stage of solving this problem and a strategic basis has been laid for the economic development of the east coast of Srvan.
"The problem of ensuring about 100% access to Lake Sevan is being solve. This is our first record", Pashinyan said, adding that he saw rural streets that had never been paved before and are now being paved.
"Those rural streets are getting drainage systems that never existed there, street lighting that did not exist before", he said, noting that villages that had never kindergartens, these are now being built.
Pashinyan emphasized that within the framework of the visit he saw large-scale works in Gegharkunik region. "I state that the formula we have adopted for balanced territorial development is working, the name of that formula is subvention programs", Pashinyan said, stressing that today's visit he conditionally called "the harvest of the revolution", as they were making promises still in 2018, and today those promises are being fulfilled.
"A civilizational revolution is taking place in the villages. The revolution has changed the way people feel and Armenia is turning into a big construction site", he said, adding, seeing the work done, he asked himself, after all this, should anyone ask why ministers and governors get bonuses?.
"It was my decision, it is the right decision, and our ministers, members of the government should get a decent salary, it is also the honor of the people. The people of Armenia should be happy that there are ministers in Armenia who need that reward and are not engaged in robbery", Pashinyan said, emphasizing that those who think of committing robbery, know that will be severely punished.
