The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of 11:00, on August 16, a total of 41,663 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of whom 34,584 have recovered and 818 are fatal. At present 6,018 patients are being treated for coronavirus. In total 185,310 tests were performed.
On August 16, 168 new positive cases have been registered, 100 have recovered, 1 death (man 30). He had not side chronical diseases.
1 death were reported the previous day when patient was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection, but died of another illness. The total number of such cases is 243.
