According to the decree signed by the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan yesterday, the state of emergency declared in the republic on April 12, 2020, has been extended until September 11.
Today, the Artsakh Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Jirayr Mirzoyan, who is also in charge of state of emergency, signed decisions based on the decree.
According to one of the decisions (http://bit.do/fHrYg), entry into the country for persons, not having the citizenship of Artsakh, has been facilitated. The permission is no longer required to enter the Artsakh from today, but a PCR test with a negative result of up to 72 hours must be submited. Exceptions are made for children under 6 years old.
As for the entry and exit conditions of the citizens of the Artsakh Republic, they have not been changed and remain in force.
