A consultation chaired by the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was held, during which issues related to the implementation of new anti-crisis measures in various sectors of the economy were discussed.
"Today we have gathered to discuss further steps to support our economy in a crisis situation. So far we have adopted 22 anti-crisis measures, some of which have been completed, some of which are in progress. These days we will make decisions as a result of discussions with representatives of certain spheres, but we also have a problem with strategy - how are we going to overcome the economic crisis?.
We hope that we are already in the process of overcoming the problems in healthcare sector and the time has come for us to deal more intensively with the economic bloc", said Pashinyan.
Afterwards, projects related to the maintenance of jobs in the crisis-affected tourism sector, the implementation of the grape procurement process and the provision of soft loans to organizations for the development of new capacities were discussed. also export-import procedures, simplification of construction standards, as well as projects to promote capital investment were discuuced.
Various suggestions and observations were presented. The participants of the consultation expressed confidence that both the previous anti-crisis measures of the government and the new ones will contribute to the recovery and development of the economy.
Summing up the results of the consultation, the Prime Minister instructed to finalize the draft measures in the above-mentioned areas and submit them to the government for discussion and approval.
