The Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a consultation, during which the strategic program for the development and improvement of the administration of the State Revenue Committee was discussed.
The head of SRC Edward Hovhannisyan reported that the program envisages 5 strategic goals in the form of 67 events. They will be aimed at improving tax and customs administration, increasing the efficiency of the SRC system, easing the administration of taxpayers, reducing the tax shadow, etc. It was noted that 14 new events were added to the strategic plan adopted last year.
These envisage the introduction of an automatic state duty accounting system, an electronic reporting system, the web version of the "Electronic Settlement Documents and books" system.
The measures will be aimed at introducing a system of customs risk management of individuals, vehicles for personal use, centralized weighing, express cargo registration system, development of e-commerce control mechanisms. There is a clear implementation schedule for each event.
The Prime Minister Pashinyan stressed the need for effective implementation of the measures envisaged by the above-mentioned program, emphasizing that this program should be a continuation of the strategic program aimed at the development and modernization of the SRC system, which was adopted last year.
