Haykak Arshamyan, the executive director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, informed on his Facebook page, that the second Armenian plane delivering aid from Artsakh is in Beirut.
"The second plane arrived in Beirut. From the people of Artsakh to Lebanon. It will reach the community through the Armenian Church in Lebanon. For years, the Diaspora, including Lebanese-Armenians, has contributed to the development of Artsakh. Now Artsakh supports Lebanon, which is in a difficult situation", Arshamyan wrote.
