In order to facilitate the process of addressing and examining the applications by the citizens of the Artsakh Republic, the Commandant office have developed a special application form.
The application must be addressed to the Comandant, Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Jirayr Mirzoyan, signed by the applicant, indicating the name and date.
In addition, when entering the territory of Artsakh, citizens (except children under 6 years old) must submit the result to the PCR test not older than 3 days.
