The Government of the Republic of Armenia, through the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is in constant contact with the Government of Lebanon and heads of community structures to assist fraternal Lebanon. The Prime Minister's spokeswoman Mane Gorgyan wrote about it on her Facebook page.
"As a result of the discussions, the main directions of needs were clarified, within the framework of which the Armenian government will deliver targeted assistance to Beirut, both at the governmental and community levels. The assistance will be in the form of medicine, medical equipment, food and other supplies. The assistance of the Government of the Republic of Armenia will arrive as soon as possible by a special flight.
Let me remind that Prime Minister Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with Lebanese President, expressing the readiness of the Armenian authorities to provide assistance to friendly Lebanon and its fraternal people", Gevorgyan wrote.
