The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic Arthur Tovmasyan expressed condolences on the occasion of the explosion in Beirut.
"The pain of the loss of life in the aftermath of the explosion in Beirut is immense. On behalf of the Artsakh Parliament, on my own behalf, we send our condolences to the Lebanese authorities, to the people, among whom are our compatriots.
Endurance and strength of spirit to You to ease the pain of that tragedy", Tovmasyan wrote on his Facebook page.
