By the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's decision, Karen Avanesyan has been appointed Head of the Diaspora Potential Mapping and Involvement Department of the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs.
Since 2019 December 30, Karen Avanesyan was the Head of the Department of the Armenian Community in Europe of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora.
