An incident took place between Armenians and Azeris in Toronto on August 1 at around 10:30 p.m.
The embassy strongly condemns the policy of provocation and incitement of incidents by the Azerbaijani side, according to the Armenian Embassy in Canada, urging compatriots to be vigilant and not to give in to any provocation.
