The opening ceremony of the RA Honorary Consulate was held in Vilnius on July 31, which was attended by the RA Ambassador to Lithuania Tigran Mkrtchyan.
In his welcoming speech Ambassador Mkrtchyan noted that the activities of the Honorary Consulate Office will contribute to the promotion of the interests of the Republic of Armenia in Lithuania, the strengthening of the existing high level of relations, paying great attention to the economic and business component.
Honorary Consul K. Babayan, expressing gratitude for the good wishes, noted that many programs and initiatives are on their agenda, which will be unconditionally implemented after the elimination of the restrictions created as a result of the epidemic, including new areas of mutual cooperation.
The office of the RA Honorary Consulate will operate at the address of 14 Gedimino, Vilnius.
