Sisak Gabrielyan, a member of the NA "My Step" faction, said in a Facebook post that in the next three years the state will pay 50 percent of the electricity, natural gas and irrigation water consumed by border residents, as well as completely will pay the land tax and property tax. Textbooks will be provided free of charge to children in border areas.
