"For 15 years, the President of Azerbaijan has been developing military rhetoric that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved by force. On several occasions I have advised him not to speak threatening language to us, as this will not work.
The line of the policy of the President of Azerbaijan is that Azerbaijan has a strong army, if necessary, it will resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within 24 hours.
