The specialists of the Humanitarian Demining և Expertise Center continue their research work in Chinari and Choratan villages of Tavush region.
On July 24, as a result of the experts works, a 122 mm caliber claster projectile was found in Chinari, and one projectile was found in Choratan. Notably that the projectile found in Choratan is containing shrapnel, which, according to international conventions, is not subject to use against the civilian population.
The unexploded ordnance was taken to a safe place and destroyed.
