The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan posted a video on his Facebook page from the border settlements of Tavush region amd made a note.
“About our yesterday’s fact-finding activities in civilian communities of Berd, Aygepar, Chinari, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur, Norashen of Tavush region of Armenia. The human rights protection mission revealed credible evidence on shelling peaceful settlements of Armenia since July 12, 2020. A special report is being drafted in a 24 hours mode to finish by tomorrow”, Tatoyan wrote.
