The deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia responded to the threats of the representative of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan to bomb the Metsamor nuclear power plant, quoting the declaration adopted by the Geneva Conference on Terrorism in 1987.
According to The "Geneva Declaration on Terrorism", an act of state terrorism is concidered to be the attack of a state armed forces on targets that pose a threat to the civilian population of another state.
Disseminating the text of the declaration, the Armenain deputies drew the attention of their colleagues in international organizations to the Azerbaijani threats.
