The Minister of Defense David Tonoyan contacted with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense Shushan Stepanyan.
"Tonoyan briefed him about the situation that occurred at the border at 3:40 am on the state borders of the Republic of Armenia. He noted that the Azerbaijani side has several casualties, both wounded and dead.
The Minister of Defense informed the Ambassador that the borders of the Republic of Armenia are controlled by all possible forces and resources, and that Azerbaijan latest aggressive action is failing", speaker informed.
