The representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page.
"We urge you to rule out going to Tavush with separate voluntary groups and organizing car marchеs to there. At the moment such actions may hamper the normal functioning of the Armed Forces and local self-government bodies”.
