Artsrun Hovhannisyan, head of the Crisis Information Center in Ijevan, presented the details of the diversion unleashed by the Azerbaijani side after a 24-hour ceasefire.
According to Hovhannisyan at about midnight the special units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, the so-called "glorious Yashma military group" with 100 servicemen, tried to attack the Armenian "Anvakh" position with the help of artillery fire.
"But as a result of the heroic and literate action of our boys, they were thrown back, leaving significant losses. During that time, they also lost some armored vehicles", said Havhannisyan.
