I just signed a petition to the President of the Republic to award Major Garush Hambardzumyan with the 2nd degree medal "For Services to the Motherland", also to award Captain Sos Elbakyan, Junior Sergeant Smbat Gabrielyan, Grisha Matevosyan with Combat Service Medals. They all died defending the Tavush section of the state border of Armenia, informes the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
"I bow to You and Your families, martyred brothers. We must be able to be worthy of You and Your heroism. And we will be!
Long live the Armenian victorious army", the RA Prime Minister wrote on his Facebook page.
